2. Our Services

Printing Services Limited provides end-to-end printing solutions including:

• Textbook & Educational Book Printing

• Financial & Audit Reports Printing

• Exercise Books, Notebooks & Journals

• Lightweight Packaging Boxes

• Customized printing and binding services

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

3.1 Quotations

All quotes provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material availability, quantity, and specifications.

3.2 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when:

• You receive a formal acknowledgment from us, and

• A deposit (where applicable) has been received.

3.3 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate specifications, artwork, and content.

• Ensuring you have the legal rights to reproduce any supplied materials.

• Reviewing and approving proofs before production begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing Structure

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) unless explicitly included.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

• Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon delivery or collection.

• For large-volume orders, alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Bank Transfers

• M-Pesa

• Cash (for in-person payments)

• Cheque (subject to clearance)

5. Production & Delivery

5.1 Production Timeline

We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, production times may vary based on:

• Order complexity

• Material availability

• Volume of work

We will communicate any delays promptly.

5.2 Delivery

• Free Delivery is offered within Nairobi and selected areas (terms apply).

• For other locations, delivery charges will be communicated during quotation.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods immediately.

5.3 Delays

Printing Services Limited shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Force majeure events (fire, floods, strikes, etc.)

• Supplier delays

• Inaccurate information provided by the customer

6. Artwork & Proofing

6.1 Customer Artwork

You retain ownership of your artwork. However, you grant us permission to use it for production purposes.

6.2 Proof Approval

• A digital proof will be provided for your approval.

• You are fully responsible for reviewing the proof for accuracy (text, images, layout, colors).

• Any errors missed after proof approval are your responsibility.

6.3 Corrections

Minor corrections made after proof approval may incur additional charges. Major changes may result in production delays and extra costs.

7. Quality & Warranty

7.1 Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality, durable prints using premium materials and advanced technology. However, please note:

• Color variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed materials due to monitor settings and printing processes.

• Slight variations in paper shade or binding are normal.

7.2 Claims

Any claims regarding defects or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and, if valid, offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

8.1 Cancellations

• Before production: A full refund of the deposit (minus any administrative fees) may be issued.

• After production begins: Cancellations will incur charges for materials and labor already incurred.

• After completion: No refunds will be issued.

8.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days and will be made via the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and materials on our website and in our catalogues are the property of Printing Services Limited.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printing Services Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

• Claims arising from third-party actions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Kenya.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
